This website, published at the domain kcodestudio.com under the trade name KcodeStudio, is operated by Jason Gustavo Bustos Vásquez, of legal age, holder of national identity card (cédula) number 1-1547-0070.

Individual taxpayer registered in the Registro Único Tributario, Dirección General de Tributación, Ministerio de Hacienda de Costa Rica, under economic activity 6201.0 — Actividades de programación informática, and subject to the Régimen general tax regime.

2. Purpose

KcodeStudio provides professional services in software development, web development, installable applications (PWA), SAP and ABAP consulting, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 consulting, and custom solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

This website serves an informational and commercial purpose: presenting those services and providing a contact channel. Browsing the site does not by itself create any contractual relationship. Any service is contracted through a quotation accepted in writing, as described in the Terms and Conditions.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to this site is free of charge, except for the administration areas protected by credentials, which are reserved for the owner and expressly authorised persons.

Users undertake to make lawful use of the site and to refrain from any conduct that may damage, overload, disable or disrupt its normal operation, as well as from attempting to gain unauthorised access to its restricted areas or to the data they contain.

4. Electronic invoicing

As a taxpayer registered with the Dirección General de Tributación, Jason Gustavo Bustos Vásquez issues electronic receipts —electronic invoices, electronic tickets and any applicable credit or debit notes— in accordance with the electronic invoicing regulations in force of the Ministerio de Hacienda of Costa Rica.

The electronic receipt is sent to the email address provided by the client at the time of contracting. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete billing details (name or company name, identification number and email address) and for reporting any change. In the event of an error in the details provided, the corresponding correction document will be issued once the error has been reported to contacto@kcodestudio.com.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the design, navigation structure, texts, source code, graphics, logo and other elements of this site are owned by Jason Gustavo Bustos Vásquez or used under the appropriate licence, and are protected by Costa Rica Law No. 6683 on Copyright and Related Rights and by the applicable international treaties.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited. Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify technologies and platforms.

Ownership of the deliverables developed for each client is governed by the accepted quotation and by the Terms and Conditions.

6. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data collected through this site and through K-Cita Bot on WhatsApp is governed by Costa Rica Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, and its implementing regulation. Details of what data is collected, for what purpose, how long it is retained and how to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection are set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and any relationship arising from the use of this site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the First Judicial Circuit of San José, Costa Rica, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights granted to consumers by consumer protection legislation.
